Feedback from a mum of school aged kids. This time last year my life felt very chaotic and I was very stressed and stuck in a deep rut. My new business wasn't working, money worries will causing huge tension, time with my children felt too little, I had a messy cluttered house and head, no 'me' time, no 'partner' time and no self-esteem left to even consider applying for jobs except the lowest paid work. Just 1 session made me feel more positive and calm, and 4 or 5 sessions with Jen enabled me to focus on what detailed steps I needed to plan into a busy life and when I could do them. They were broken down in to small 30 minute tasks. Weekly meetings or telephone chats helped me focus and set realistic goals. Within 3 months... I got a GREAT JOB, HAPPY KIDS, A BIG SOCIAL LIFE AND ME TIME BUT STILL A MESSY HOUSE.
