We bought a Laser cutter from Trotec, after searching the market the decision was between 2 brands. Trotec demonstrated far more knowledge and support, Jamie was great and was the reason that we went with trotec. We have had a few teething issues with installation. However we have had Dave and Matt from technical team fully support us to resolve these issues. Dave and Matt have been brilliant and give me the confidence that I can ring them with an issue and be able to get an answer or the support im required. The Machine is running far more efficient and we are happy with it now. Cant miss off Thanking Julie in Materials as she has been a great support. She demonstrates this with keeping a good customer contact.
