Great experience with Yazd, from sales to installation. They were very straightforward and patient to help me decide which type of furnace would be the best for my home, answered a lot of technical questions and the price was also reasonable. The installation was very detailed, very professional and did an amazing job to work around some issues from the way the house was installed (several modifications needed as I had a very old unit). They went the extra mile with solutions to make sure everything was properly installed and gave me tips of what I should focus next. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend their work.

Technicians from Yazd Mechanical provided a superb service for repairing our heating system. For the diagnosis and repair visits, they arrived a few minutes a head of time, did they work very efficiently and professionally, quickly identified the problem, immediately ordered the part and in the second visit completed the repair. Absolutely recommended! So, My AC broke yesterday. I called them up and within 2 hours there was someone already at my door step to check it out. The Technician was very nice, and honest. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the AC, and what options I had. He even gave me some no cost / temporary solutions for me to think about, in case I needed more time to until i get ready to spend the money on it. Luckily that was not the case for me. I asked him to replace the faulty part. Since he did not have that part in his truck they had to come back the second time. This morning (just before noon) another technician showed up with the parts, and in no time I had a running AC. Both individuals who came were respectful and extremely professional. I was extremely happy with the fact that they were honest. No Shady games. Price was good too. I am very happy with them, and definitely recommend them.

When we purchased our home, we purchased a home warranty (not with YAZD). The only good that came out of that home warranty was being introduced to YAZD. Our upstairs heat pump started failing at least 2x/year and parts kept getting replaced under the home warranty. After limping the system along for years (without a home warranty), it finally failed to the point we had to replace on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Since YAZD had been to our residence before, we were able to send some pictures and get a quote the same day for multiple units. Sean even stayed late to work with us so we wouldn’t feel rushed. Monday was the holiday, but Sean stopped by to get measurements to verify the unit would fit and work for our home without modifications to either the system or our home. The unit and all parts arrived Tuesday as promised and we scheduled the installation for the next day! Installation occurred the first thing the next day (Wednesday). The installation window was an all day install from 9 am - 5 pm. However, the installation was completed before 2 pm! In addition to being efficient, we appreciated the early completion since our toddler naps at 2:30 pm so his nap wasn’t disrupted! Throughout this whole process, Sean helped with the estimate, ordering, installation, and followed up on Thursday to make sure we were happy with our experience. In addition to exceeding our expectations on replacement and installation, the customer service has been exceptional. Having strangers in our home performing work during COVID was nerve wracking, but the crew was respectful wearing masks, booties, and gloves when needed without being asked! We will continue to be repeat customers and recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service. Thanks for a great experience!
