My wife is from North Carolina and we have had \cheese biscuits\ and cheese straws as a staple in our diet for many years. Now living in Las Vegas, NV we found them at SteinMart... but they're closing! We searched and found them at our local Cracker Barrel, but they often run out. So... we went on-line. Wish we had looked on-line earlier. We ordered a large sample pack and are now enjoying all of the products from the Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory. With so many things disappearing from the marketplace there is comfort in finding a company like this. We are filling out our Christmas order now. Thank you!

When I was a kid my grandmother always talked about these amazing cheese straws from Mississippi and I could never find the ones.. finally, after 13 years, I found them and wow they are amazing just as she said. Thank you guys.
