I nearly stopped at the rest centre, what a mistake that would have been. Beautiful spot, great music, wonderful atmosphere. Stop here in Yass! Enjoy the journey.
The food and wine was fantastic. However, my experience was ruined by the staff and the apparent price gauging as we are not locals. It’s easy to get away with it as it is one of only a handful of venues open. We were overcharged a total of 12 on four drinks. The menu has a Gapstead Moscato @ 7 a glass yet we were charged 10. When questioned about it, the response was “all Moscato’s are 10. The menu is wrong!” Then when we asked to have a Brown Brothers Moscato instead, the response was “we are out of stock.”
Chilled but comfortable wine bar with a tapas and pizza menu, aged wines by the glass and a large and comfortable outdoor drinking and eating area.
Deb and the team have made a place where everyone feels welcome. Great drinks menu, the food is on point...just make sure you book a table so your not disappointed .
