I’d like to thank the staff at YMC for the care my mother received during the 65years as a patient here... also for their compassion, personal attention and help to our family following her passing. Grace in particular was so helpful and having known my mum as a patient for so many years was so caring and understanding.. receiving a sympathy card was very touching and appreciated.

I have been with them almost for 4 months, They're good till that doctor ( Patel ) spoke to me regarding my knee injury and the stress that I have it every single night with nightmare as will ,also after the decision from the doctor from Chelsea &westminister hospital that I have to do urgent surgery for my knee soon like in this month so after all these of things I spoke to the to the GP to get some medication for anti depression cause I couldn't sleep very well ,I couldn't eat properly, my family away from me and I couldn't support them cause of my situation and my knee injury so Mr ( Patle ) start laughing like a kids and told me literally shall I come and feed you, and he said that's too ridiculous from me because I explain to him about my situation??? He makes me feel more stressed and doing something very bad to myself .

It’s some time now since I commented on YMC but my views have not changed. In fact the longer I am a patient the better my experience and treatment gets. Doctors are officiant and professional. Front office staff friendly and helpful who are complimented by the back office staff. Those who hardly get recognised for their supporting roles. I happen to be one of those annoying patients, and like a dog with a bone, I always want to know what’s going on, yet despite that persistent attitude, they all politely put up with me ha ha ha. Thank you for all you do for me especially Dr Saigal, Ann Farrell & Ash. Well done all at The Yeading Medical Centre.
