We went with our family and another on the Old Faithful tour with Don McKenzie today. He was amazing and kept the kids (ages 6-9) entertained from start to finish while also educating them on the park. We had just an amazing, life-long, memory-filled experience. He took his time and made sure we had the best experience possible. He even got in the 3 feet of snow and made snow tunnels for the kids to crawl through. Amazing guy, beautiful park, and a fun way to experience it all. Highly, highly recommend!

We took two snow-coach tours over the Christmas break, one to Canyon and one to Old Faithful. On arrival we were told to help ourselves to hot drinks and snacks which were gratefully received after walking to the office from our hotel in the bitterly cold weather. Both tours were excellent and guides (Raya and Dave)answered all of the questions from the groups. As we arrived late, Raya also helped us to get our annual park pass at the entrance gate. We were provided with water bottles to keep (which have been using lots on our road-trip). If you are on the larger snow-coaches. it is best to leave windows open due to the condensation freezing on windows. Take an old gift card to scrape ice off inside if it does. There are stops to use the restroom, have lunch and most importantly take photos. We saw bison, coyote, bald eagle and swans whilst out on the tours. So many beautiful things to see in the park and we loved taking the tours. Thank you to the team and tour guides especially Dave for making our Christmas eve/day special.

The little buggie was so cozy and such a unique experience. Our tour guide Clark was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and really nice. My family and I had a wonderful time on the tour, loved seeing attractions that are typically packed during the summer season. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are interested in the wildlife and geologic wonders the park has to offer. The buggie was unlike anything I had ever experienced and was so much fun!

Years ago I booked a tour for 3 people... it was for me and my parents.... the guide that we had originally had worked as a park ranger.... He knew so much information about the park it was incredible.... PLEASE USE THIS SERVICE.... THE COACHES ARE A BLAST.... THEY ARE SO FUN... AND YES... THEY ARE RELIABLE.... It will be an experience you will have for a lifetime....
