Well, to begin with they wouldn't even call me back. And the lady acted like I was an inconvenience even though I had a referral. So I just gave up. It's rather disappointing that a professional won't even help a person when they need it. I was apprehensive to begin with but I guess I'll never know

This affiliation does not except Medicaid. I guess money is more important to them than helping a disabled woman on Medicaid. Therefore I don’t think there’s any humanity here. I would have rated them zero so zero would be my final answer

My experience was awful. They are unprofessional and rude. I had scheduled twice and the first time they had called me (the day of my appointment) and said there was a mistake with my appointment. Saying that someone else was scheduled for that time and date. My second appointment was Dec 26 at 8 am. I show up and the doors are locked. I was standing in the cold for nearly 20 minutes. Had to call my ride to turn around. Worst experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend something different than this place. Rude and unprofessional!
