We've endured a number of builders over the years, some good, some not so good and some ... well, the less said the better. Then, we were fortunate enough to find Adrian and he has restored our faith in tradesmen. Anyway, to get to the important stuff: he is punctual, reliable and does a first rate job. So far he has built us an internal wall and fitted a fire door. He has sorted out some plumbing and skillfully crafted skirting fit a wonky wall. We've already booked him to convert our lower ground floor into a useable living space and kitchen area. We highly recommend him.

I have had 2 visits from Adrian at 5 Star Property Maintenance. The first job was for a kitchen fitting which I could not be happier about. It had a solid wood worktop so I needed it to be perfect and it was. I had Adrian back a few months later to remove a chimney breast from the fist floor up to the roof. He did a great job in removing the all of the stone chimney and got on the roof to remove the chimney and make good. 9months later, no leaks and more space! Ideal

Adrian is a star, he has carried out multiple tasks, inside and out, during which time he has fixed unseen problems, come up with effective and creative solutions to issues and is always ready with a plan on how to tackle jobs, both big and small. We cannot thank him enough for becoming our go to guy for the jobs that we can’t do, which is most of them, and he always does with good humour and a smile. 5***
