Fantastic church it was open when I was there. Really nice place to seat down and have a quiet five minutes all to yourself. Really pretty place. If you go to Princetown pop in and have a look it's really worthwhile.

Loads of history about how built and the mishaps it has endured. Supported by American Women's group which still has strong links today. Graveyard has locals and prisoners buried. Not currently used but open to the public every day to help support it's upkeep.

Well it was summer so obviously it was freezing cold and a bitter wind blowing ice cold rain that added to the misery. Alone in the church I could hear someone hammering and walking on boards that echoed , I then thought no scaffolding and in this weather up on that roof , dangerous or what , but they carried on banging and walking. I thought I'd go and see who this madman was so walked around the church but not a soul anywhere so went back in the church to nothing but dead silence. I can only do what Sherlock Holmes done, eliminate the impossible and what remains must be the truth. So, noisy workman who wasn't there, what remains? O my god I've just heard a spook, a man working with hammer and in hob nailed boots, I wonder how many others have heard this keen worker, God bless that man.
