100 marks for visual presentation. Courteous staff and quick service. Can get busy at times. Delicious food. Overall a nice experience. Quite pricey. Would visit again!

Focus Weddings

Very nice location with loads of space. Great wedding venue with gardens and fields for that different feel. Staff are well trained and very helpful . Loverly rooms with great views across the fields. With plenty of parking for guests this is one of my best venues in Devon.

Beautiful setting for a wedding the function rooms a good size. The food was a little average for the ambiance of the hotel. It was a very hot day and unbearable to stay indoor, there was no air con, and very few windows open. Staff where very professional at all times.

Situated off the main road, far enough to not be able to tell it's there is this beautiful peaceful hotel, where elegantly decorated rooms and great food await! The staff are friendly and always eager to help. The gardens that surround the hotel are stunning and always well kept! The suites are VERY nice and the balconies offer stunning views of the gardens.

Lovely room and even provided a blanket and bowls for our pooch. Great walks within the area, food is limited but the meals we had were plentyful and tasty, especially the breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, it was a shame the weather wasn't better as I'd have liked to explore the area more, the grounds are perfect for a wedding.

Lovely hotel. The outside looks a bit tired but inside is beautiful and the garden is really great as well. You feel like you are right on the moors, with sheep and ponys around. We stayed for 2 nights as a surprise anniversary gift from family. The hotel staff arranged it all with my family .They even gave us an upgrade and presecco as well as a surprise from the hotel. The staff are very very friendly and very helpful. The food is amazing. We would definitely come back here again. We loved it!
