We ordered once via undereats and it was not what I expected, based on the current reviews. They didn’t have stock for one of the dishes we ordered. So they contacted us and told us they are nearly closing the shop and gave us a very different choice. Although we ordered 2hours before the closing time. We said it’s fine. The delivery itself which suppose to takes 25min, it took almost 50min too. After 50min, when we received the food, it was super cold and we ended up warming it for another 20min. Very disappointing. The quality of the food was alright. This 2stars is only for the guy who delivered it, as he was pretty nice and friendly. You guys might have good food, I tried many Yemani food and they are amazing. In your case, I feel you need a better management when it comes to delivery. Firstly, please fix your opening hours. No customer wants to get something else. Secondly, if something is out of stock, mark it as unavailable in the ubereat app. So people don’t order it in the first place. And lastly, please make sure the food is hot enough when the customer gets it. That’s really all to it to have a strong customer base, besides a good food!

Very delecious food, the bread is amazing, the staff are very friendly. Take care the portion is really big, can be shared if you are not a heavy eater. I will definitely go again.
Service of a 5 star restaurant
Having never eaten Yemeni food before I was very excited and was thrilled to eat it all! This restaurant serves amazing cuisine, atmosphere, smiles, and cultural exchange. This is why I give it such a high rating (in all honesty a 4.5). This is a restaurant that opened amidst a pandemic a couple months ago (2020) ... and I’ll say they are going far. Give this place a try to be amazed by a new taste if you have not tried Yemeni food before. The staff is incredibly kind and the restaurant donates food to a refugee center. The service can benefit from a little more clarity granted that English and Dutch are very much not the best versed languages of at least the staff member who served and hosted us. That said, be patient - put up your feet - and you’ll be apart of a cultural exchange that will make Yemeni restaurant thrive in Amsterdam
Authentic Yemeni cuisine in the heart of Amsterdam! Found this place by accident while biking, stepped in to check their menu and had to place an order on the spot. Highly recommended and the family the runs it are super friendly and nice you will feel like you're a guest in their home. The owner proved this when I had an accident carrying the food on my bike and it spilled, I went back prepared to pay for a new meal because it was my mistake, but the owner refused and insisted on replacing my meal for free! Highly recommended.
The best food I eat in Amsterdam
really delicious food
Amazing Yemeni food. We tried meat Zorebian, Mandy, Heneiz and everything was perfect and portions are very good. We tried desert Areeka and Maasob and they were great as well specially with the Adani tea. They close at 10 PM but they run out of food options after 7 or something, so it's better to go earlier to have more variety in menu.
