I have been here a couple of times for different things - the first for some last minute engraving and the second for battery replacement in car keys, Ford quoted 10 for EACH key but I paid that for both here! Great service, honest business. Support local!
Couldn't of asked for better service from Doug and his team, after real short notice he went out of his way and worked past closing, fitting us in right away to make sure my partner and I had our item engraved for the next morning as needed, he had it ready in less than two hours for us, it was absolutely beautiful, so much care and detail was put into it and it was just how we wanted it, he even dropped it to us after at no cost, (really cannot thank you enough Doug for this and making things easier for us, you will see us again in the future for anything we need engraving for sure! Will be recommending you to people we know :) ) 11/10 service! ***** Highly recommend
Excellent customer service. Doug and his staff go above and beyond. We've been using their services for a long time now from key cutting to engraving and won't go anywhere else! Nothing is too much trouble. Can't recommend them enough.
I messaged them and sent a picture of what I would like on a wine glass. They did it for me, let me know when it was ready for collection. Very professional, friendly and will do anything for you. I would recommend them to everyone. It's always a pleasure to see you Doug.
