Very frustrating two weeks ago had a click and collect my husband waited over 30 mins as only security and when we got home my bottle of gin still had security tag on so had to saw it off. Now had a delivery and it has happened again please could you make sure the staff who are getting the items please make sure any spirits have security tag removed it would be impossible to do without my husbands help. Also need more staff at click and collect point.

Click and collect is a shambles. Super slow, unhelpful customer services and no signage or designated waiting area. We’ve had to cancel our collection when left waiting for the best pet of an hour. More staff and better set-up required for this please Asda.
i visited the store on saturday the 30th january did my shopping half way round there was to blokes standing having a full conversation at the entrance to the aisle obstructing it .which resulted in me asking three times if i could get down the aisle to which they ignored me to start with before i got a reply of you can wait we are talking to which left me furious and resulted in me shoving the bloke into shelf so i could carry on shopping. where are the safety martials they keep advertising to ensure people aren,t gathered in ailse,s in this manor . also dissapointed in the resulting que at the cigarette counter caused by only one member of staff dealing with returns so much so que was past the pharmacy having waited twenty mins and only moving two steps forward in that time ,i left got cigarettes elsewhere .

This is certainly an ASDA. Absolutely nothing suspicious going on here. A completely and utterly normal, even somewhat mundane ASDA. Some people may (wrongly) believe that this ASDA is the meeting place of a certain secret society. I cannot stress enough how wrong these people are. I mean, have you ever been to this ASDA? It's just like any other; there's fruit, veg, a bakery with a rude member of staff reluctantly slicing a farmhouse loaf... all exactly what any reasonable person would think of when they think "ASDA". Believe me when I say this: this ASDA is a normal supermarket. Nothing shady happens on the roof every Wednesday between the hours of 11PM and 12AM. I repeat: nothing shady happens here. Get the thought of any suspicious activity out of your head now! I really can't believe you're actually considering that this ASDA could be suspicious. There are certainly no corpses piled in the alleyway beside the fire escape. There are certainly no meetings between Latin-chanting evil masterminds that control the planets. All the staff are normal human beings. They're definitely not extraterrestrials disguised as supermarket employees. There is a 0% chance of there being the gates of Hell hidden beneath the car park. Honest.
