Such a friendly and welcoming team, with so much support from both my colleagues and managers. I have worked for Bluebird Care South Somerset for over 4 years. During this time I have been supported and encouraged to complete my NVQ level 2 and 3, even resitting my GSCE maths exam. I have been encouraged to grow and manage my own area with my own area carers. I have managed and grew all my areas with fantastic support from my colleagues. Even though I struggle with my confidence and dyslexia I have now completed my Diploma level 5 in Health and Social care, complete induction and train other carers in manual handling. I can not think of any other company that would see potential in myself to achieve the above. I am listened to and I am always approached by others to help solves problems or come up with solutions. I have grown in confidence and gained and still gaining so much knowledge. I am so very settled with Bluebird Care and would recommend Bluebird Care as an employer and company to deliver 5* high standard of care. Thank you Bluebird family.
