Cedar quoted for damp problems on a Taunton house we had put an in an offer for. The report was comprehensive and actually considered what the causes of damp may have been which our other quote didn't. Also the price seemed a lot more realistic. We never went ahead with the work as we pulled out of the purchase due to the extent of work needed
