This review is only based on my view of their customer service and their website contact form. Have been trying to call them twice, one time I have waited over 45 min for someone to answer and the second time 20 min and no answer. Went online and submitted a contact form and received an email that they are having issues and my message couldn't be sent. In 2019 to have to wait so many minutes and their website not working properly that's bad marketing and customer service. Thumbs down.

My daughter has her birthday party at Claire's . It has been a very nice experience
There shops are all small but always have lots of products in shop and good deals always helpful staff
Staff went out of there way to help me
Personally not into it but my sister loves it.
