Funnily similar to below, asked for a quote, 1st guy came out then 5 days later get told that they wouldn't be quoting as too busy, great waste of time

Invited to quote for roof repair after being told “no job too small”. After three days of chasing, finally received an email saying that we “may be out of area” and that it “would not be cost effective given the mileage we would need to cover”.I can only assume the poor chap walks everywhere, as we only live 4 miles away! Shocking service. I am sure you can find better than this bunch.
