Appalling company never use . Bought a Ultima 40 hoover for best part of 350 .Had for under a year went to order new bags told manufacturer have gone into liquidation and were waiting to get bags .Never returned my calls had to order bags from another supplier. Now hoover is redundant .

Awful stock availability !!! Its unacceptable to be waiting 3 weeks for a vacuum motor and more than 2 weeks for one of the parts needed for stair tool!!! You might aswell close your shop!
