I called on Design Your Desktop with a a problem with my desktop computer, just bought from Ebay. It was terribly slow even though they were supposedly refurbished as new. After trying to redownload the software with DYD's help, they advised me to purchase a new drive and explained how to fit it over a brief phone call. In the blink of an eye I was back online and my computer is now so quick that I can't keep up! Design Your Desktop have a real passion for all things IT and it seems as though the reason they are in this business is to help us with our IT headaches rather than make money from these headaches.
