Excellent service and fast results! Would definitely recommend Drive to anyone! I have had PT sessions from Drive about 3 times a week for 4 weeks and I'm already seeing huge differences in my shape and weight as well as my life style! Sessions are fun, interactive and motivational. I have been given great ideas for my own workouts and my diet and lifestyle too!

I consider myself to be clued up on exercise - done the research, looked into healthy eating, thought I knew my stuff but I didn't seem to be losing any weight or more importantly, losing fat. I'd sent Neil a copy of my workout schedule and my food. He had a look and said it needed a little tweaking but I didn't think there was much wrong with it as I'd been researching this for years! Anyway, we had a session at the gym and he showed me exactly where I was going wrong! I just wasn't working hard enough - took me out of my comfort zone which is what I needed. I'm hoping this will mean shorter but more focused gym sessions, getting me where I need to be a lot quicker but without silly fad diets or getting bored. I feel like I'm on the way to the 'real me' now - armed with knowledge and confidence I can get there. Just amazing!
