I booked in for a session with Elevate, I was given a very through once over and then some exercises to help with my shoulders. Simon is very thorough and explained what we were doing and why we were doing it. A few days on following the exercises and I’m well on my way to recover. A great experience.

Was okay seemed like a plain session. 1st session was good second just seemed dry and not very helpfull. Messaged asking for help on one of the exercises on facebook and email and was ignored so going to go somewhere else.
