Good morning, Just came across these reviews and just can't believe they are on here..... Well to be fair i can. ITS EASY TO WRITE A REVIEW AND HIDE BEHIND A FAULSE ACCOUNT AND DISAPPEAR INTO THE INTERWEB.......... . i have pictured my spa from elite spas....... to show how happily over the moon we are with it.... in fact i could give you phone numbers of over 100 other people that will rate this company 5*. i guess if you were an honest costumer then you would put your picture on the profile. or even proof of purchase.

We have been working with Elite Spas for nearly 2 years and have sold approx 150 spas at the time of writing this review. Great company to do business with. We get parts quickly and we support our clients with a professional after sale. The Aspen and Alps spas are some of the best value spas on the market and when you do real research you can see they are great value USA tubs. Maybe we are biased but I wouldn't be doing business with a company if they didn't give us the support and help we need for our clients. Thank you Elite Spas

Loving the spa and amazed how little electric it actually uses. Warranty is not worth the paper its written on. After having a service by my local hot tub engineer was told i needed a new PCB for the smart touch control. Rang as my warranty covered 50%labour and parts to be told by the time mileage had been added would be cheaper for me to buy online and do it myself as you "only needed to plug it in" or to find someone local to do it. Got a price online of 325.00 for the PCB to me a person that doesn't work in the spa trade. Called Elite back to ask the price of board on its own with %50 off and was told its 295.00, thats a starting price of 590.00. Absolute joke and like others have said once they have your money they don't care
