Had such an amazing experience buying a car with Nissan Yeovil. From start to finish the experience was lovely, completely Covid safe and incredibly welcoming. I had had an awful experience at a Ford Garage and was so glad I came to F J Chalke in Yeovil after, there was no pressure to buy, they never made me feel uncomfortable and offered support throughout. Even though there was an issue with my car when I came to pick it up, Daniel couldn’t apologise enough and sorted a courtesy car effortlessly. I can’t thank Daniel Barber enough, he is such a helpful, lovely person and made the whole experience enjoyable - exactly what buying a car should be like! Thank you, I love my new car and really appreciate everything, you’ve made a customer for life!

Even with covid restrictions in place, I was very pleased with my experience here this morning. My car was booked in because I had a problem with losing coolant over the last week, the young girl at the reception was so welcoming and friendly, her name was chloe, she went out of her way to be helpful and she said she would call me when the problem had been found. Chloe did phone me as promised. Another added bonus was she told me the repair would be covered under warranty. Lovely reception staff and first class customer service

Nice and friendly dealership. No pressure and Our sales rep gave us time to talk as a family throughout the process. He shot through paperwork quick and easy and generally made the process quite easy. Very spacious so social distancing was no issue, with staff all wearing masks.
