Owner makes appointments and doesn't turn up. Ride-on mower won't start after having a service. Went back but it still won't start

Do not use this company, our experience has been terrible, we paid for a lawn mower, they did not order it, over a month later after much chasing it arrives. lots of terrible excuses given. This was not a cheap lawn mower, we could have spent a lot less in B&Q or Screwfix, but we liked to support local business.. Now a few years on the lawn mower has broken down, not their fault I am sure, but can we get them to come and take a look / fix it. I have waited in twice for a collection, they promise to phone, never happens. We will never use them again, and will recommend everyone avoids them like the plague.
