I have taken my Dad to the hospital on a few occasions in the past week and am so impressed with the organisation put into place during lockdown, Treatment and courtesy remained first class, well done everyone

PARKING SCAM. Be very warned indeed. Visited this hospital out of visiting hours and got turned away. Returned later with a bag to drop off for my extremely poorly sister who was pregnant. After a month or so I received a fine from Parking Eye stating I had been parked for hours without leaving. I have emailed Gary, Charlotte, Parking Eye & now BBC Watchdog. I've been treated appallingly with no ticket cancellation. Parking Eye are now taking me to the small claims court. Awful, awful hospital.

Attended day case clinic 4 Dec. From the time of arrival to the moment I escaped, I was dealt with professionally and with kindness and consideration. Well done to the Endoscopy department - good job!

I recently received care at Yeovil hospital after being admitted for appendicitis whilst on holiday. The care I received during my time on wards 7B and 7A was incredible. The nurses are like little angels, nothing is too much and the compassion and kindness shown to myself and other more needy patients was just wonderful. I will be forever grateful. Thank you.

I was admitted on 20/01/21 (via the CDU) to Yeovil District Hospital with periorbital cellulitis and severe fever/flue type symptoms, received treatment and was discharged on 25/01/21 with a course of oral antibiotics. Recovery at home is going swimmingly. I have in the past encountered health care staff (NOT in Yeovil) who were inpatient, condescending and generally disrespectful towards me, not that I have ever been a challenging and rude patient. Really I can't thank enough all the staff from all the departments at Yeovil District Hospital who dealt with me. Every single one of them was approachable, caring, well mannered and professional. Most especially good were the nurses and health care assistants on ward 9b who acted with care and professionalism towards some awkward and difficult patients whilst I was there. They have the patience of saints! I wish Yeovil District Hospital all the best, keep up the good work!
