After receiving zero customer service at the Exeter Hyundai dealer in the past, we opted to try Howard’s Hyundai in Yeovil when we required some warranty work to be done on our i30. The service and attention we received from Alison in their Service Department was excellent, both by phone and in person. Very professional and friendly team here. Today I had a service booking, the checkin process was well organised. All covid precautions are being followed, distance markers, plexiglass shields, hand sanitizer, everything is wiped down with sanitizing wipes that I needed to touch. I feel valued here and they care about my well being. My car was taken straight in for service with no issues. Thank you
