If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t ever leave reviews but this “jeweller” is just something else. The staff...I remember when I have been in there before the atmosphere was lovely, one lady I can’t remember her name but she had long darkish hair and was singing away quite happily and was so very polite and engaging and truly added a personal touch to the experience and two younger chaps who’s names again I can’t remember were very friendly. I came in to look at a watch this one time and my goodness the lad I spoke to really knew his stuff and I could tell he had a true passion for watches. So I came back...to a shop I felt comfortable in with the knowledge I would be welcomed as I was before but i was wrong. This time the atmosphere was different, no singing, no laughing just a lot of shouting from a bigger man to which I found to have responses coming from a screen and swearing hence why I put jeweller in quotation marks as I haven’t stepped foot in a “jeweller” that does that before, so unprofessional. Anyway much can be said about what I can only assume are the managers of the place, nothing good but I’ll leave that for you to figure out for yourself if you choose to walk through that door I hope you encounter the nice ones!

PLEASE don't go anywhere near this company. They took two valuable family rings in exchange for a minimum buy back value. 9 messages later and no response tfor us to buy the rings back and NO contract signed apparently due to Covid restrictions.. how sick are they....?! have it in hard proof. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Rude staff! Wanted me to pay 5 to have my finger sized! Walked straight out and won't be back again! When I've brought stuff before in there the bloke was always really nice but the lady I had this time was very snobby and rude. Went into a different jewlers and they measure my finger for free straight away and were much nicer. Think the manager should have a look at their staff members, definitely need more smiler people. Lost a sale.
step daughter was given 40 scrap value for a gold watch two weeks later it was in the window for 480 !! that's not a profit margin that's a hold up !
They Offer the Best Gold Prices in Yeovil. Why would you want to get less somewhere else. They always try and beat the competitor !
This is my response to Mr Paul Ward. Mr Ward, you put your items into the shop on a 28 day buy back agreement and then Covid 19 hit! I bent over backwards to accommodate you, you always promising to come to the store to either buy back your goods or roll them over. On a few occasions I went specially to the shop, only for you not to turn up. Eventually after about 3 months, you came and bought them back. THEN you came into store and put the items back in and got MORE money for them. Whilst we are trying to be accommodating during this crisis, this is a business, and our terms and conditions are always clearly explained. When we reopened, I took the call divert off my personal mobile phone and "blocked" all business calls. If you were so keen to buy your goods, you could have just called the store!!! I will always defend myself when I'm not in the wrong!!!
