I cannot speak Highly enough, of Ilchester Cars. My Wife and I made Our Second Purchase, from this Local, Established, over 20 Years, Quality Car Sales, of a Beautiful C Class Mercedes Benz, last Friday. The 2 Proprietors, Andy and Alan, are Very Kind, and Helpful, and Caring, and They give the Customer Complete Confidence. They are Down to Earth, and Friendly, and , Genuine People. Our First Mercedes Benz C Class, We purchased from this Establishment, Some Years ago, is still part of Our Family, and in Excellent Condition. Buying a Vehicle can be a Traumatic Experience, but, when a Visit to Ilchester Cars, is Planned, it is going to be Hassle Free, and Easy Going. I recently purchased a car from Ilchester cars. This is the third car I have bought from them. The team were very helpful and professional throughout, the car was in excellent condition and at a good price. I have had a couple minor problems with one of the other cars I bought but they were fixed quickly and never reoccurred. I would highly recommend Ilchester cars.

I dealt with Andy the salesman when i recently bought a car from Ilchester Cars, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. I hate buying cars but they went out of their way to help and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. I was given a good trade in price, had a lengthy test drive and my car was ready when they said it would be. I have had the car for 3 months now with absolutely no issues whatsoever, well done Ilchester Cars, if only every retailer had the same customer friendly attitude as you do!
