Baked Beans

I don’t live locally and use their home delivery service for my Father who is 87 . Twice now they have not delivered his tablets and not told him they were not being delivered. When I called them they said they would deliver them in another 4 days time. My Father had run out. The tablets are important heart and blood pressure tablets they could at least advised him.
