26/06/17 Last time I went their it was my sister birthday and we sat in the booth also my mum came and she was in a wheelchair and the staff got really rude, the food was nice but to big for smaller eaters. The staff need more customer training.29/03/18 Went there again no of the same staff as first open and the staff are really aggressive to the costumer. Also a long long wait for food. Still big plate sizes.
Tasty food and drink , not exactly warm service and you can be left to stand there for ages while staff chat
Well designed place. The staff was courteous. Our table was not clean as well as the menu list. They were soiled by some kind of syrup.
The waffles were very nice
What a great idea, a dessert only eatery. Set out like an American diner/milk bar with a menu of waffles and crepes with a huge assortment of toppings or design your own, as well as an equally impressive array of ice cream and sorbet flavours. Drinks are cold soft fizzy and still or tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I went on a late Saturday afternoon/early evening and it busy but no need to book, as they turn around tables quite quickly.
Love the deserts here it tastes really amazing and the customer service is on point too... I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to go try it and especially the drinks with juice balls in them amazing.....x
Okay so we ended up having to get our cutlery changed three times literally there was food stock to the cutlery and it’s obviously not washed properly and considering we are also in a pandemic it made me feel very un settled. The food is absolutely amazing and was a brilliant tree but I will admit they do need to clean the place up because you cannot have a food establishment Serving good food if it is dirty
