Rod carried out Fire Training at the surgery I work in. We did the whole course outside so that all our staff could attend at the same time, meaning we could maintain social distancing and not have to close the surgery for any longer than one session. We were able to agree this with Rod as he is very flexible and happily adapted the course to fit the surgery's needs. The course was excellent, very interactive and well received by all the staff. He even helped us carry out an evacuation drill and debriefed us afterwards. I would highly recommend Rod.
