Abit of a belated review relating to being stuck without transport due to a missing locknut tool preventing wheel removal is quite a dilemma. Upon making contact I knew things would be okay as Charles gave an ETA(he was driving close on 60 miles to help) and with pin point accuracy he arrived, removed the locknut with his bag of miracle tools and was soon on his way leaving a relieved customer. My overall experience was positive and of great value. Definitely recommend this man.
