I'm so pleased to by Martin and Co Yeovil. They're the best team I've ever met! Especially Hannah and Inge always helped me during my letting and tenancy periods.They're absolutelly awesome ! İf you have an issue, just send an email or call them then you'll see everything is going to be solved as soon as possible by them ! Quickly and kindest responding emails, to solve issues as soon as they can, great communication and lots of lovely things which you expecting from agencies. We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Emma and her team when we decided to sell our rental property. In dealing with the exit of the tenants, then with marketing the house and securing a purchaser within the month , as we live abroad we were dealing with everything by e.mail and Emma was able to resolve a number of potential hold ups as they arose to see us to a smooth Exchange and Completion. Previously this was a 5 star review - however, after the shocking end of tenancy service I have received I feel that I could never recommend Martin & Co, in particular the Yeovil branch, to anyone again. The amount of money they deducted from my deposit, having admitted that they provided the property in ot ideal\ shape to start with, for \dusting\ and a on-professional standard of cleaning\ and having increased my rent half way through my tenancy, I would avoid this agency in future - they are an unexpected set of costs and a headache waiting to happen, the niceness of the properties is not worth it.
