Terrible customer services rude and unprofessional reception staff. Had tyre fitted here within 6months they were wearing out on the inside so I booked an alignment (which was never offered at the time of fitting) Now the car drives worse than before as the steering wheel is pointing hard left when the wheels are pointing straight. Definitely avoid only use in an absolute emergency

Exceptional friendly customer service! Booked me in last minute (30 minutes until closing time - on a Sunday) to replace some very worn tyres (ahem, illegal limit front tyres - not one but two) :-) The price was great, service delivered in a very quick time - Aftercare advice was highly knowledgeable & accurate! Even managed to reset my car configuration settings for the replacement new tyres! Overall, exceptionally recommended! Thanks guys you both did a fantastic job for me.

I didn't booked online to change my tyre as I desperately need it. They changed the tyre for extra than online price which I'm happy to pay for it. Didn't drove my car at all since changed tyre but it's dropping the pressure. Took there back after 4 days or so to check why loosing the pressure, they advised to book it online to check. (they didn't advised me to book it online while replaced the tyres cos if they do so they won't get extra ) Took it to Kwik-Fit and they found out the valve isn't fixed correctly. They don't want to charge me and I forced to make them an invoice & they made only 4.75. Kwik-Fit got friendly and so polite staffs. Over all I don't mind paying extra for the good service which National Tyres fails. Won't recommend to anyone \National Tyres in Yeovil\.
