I have been a client at New Image for many years and had lots of different treatments and always been happy with both the results and how I've been treated. I was a little nervous to have my eyebrows tattooed as obviously a long lasting treatment. Pam spent a long time discussing what I wanted and choosing colours. I asked for a natural look as my brows aren't great but didn't want the dark slug look a lot of people seem to favour. I was delighted with the results. I followed the aftercare advice and had no scabbing or flaking. I had a followup appointment 5 weeks later where again I was helped relax and felt totally unhurried. My results are amazing. Would highly recommend both New Image and Pam. Excellent.

Over the last few years I have been regularly seeing Pam and Meicha. I’ve never felt better. Both ladies make me feel so warm and special whenever I visit them and I always leave new image feeling like I had just had a lovely catch up with old friends. They are wonderful at what they do and make every visit a pleasure, Thank you ladies x
I have used New Image treatments for many years. Pam does my microblading and I could not be happier with the results or the customer experience. She really goes through the whole process before treatment and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout! I even got a text to ask how everything was and if I had any issues or questions to let her know! Fantastic care for their clients. All the staff are friendly and kind. I also have bio-sculpture nails which are amazing and last so must longer in my experience than normal gel.
I've used New Image for a number of years now, having had Caci-Facials, Hydro Facial, plus Pam has done my eyebrows on a few occasions now, always very good, Pam went into length discussing exactly what i wanted, the shape, colour etc. Never rushed and was very pleased with my results. The staff are a credit to her and nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
I’ve been to New Image a number of times and have always had exceptional service. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are calm and welcoming. Today I took advantage of an offer on their social media and had an incredibly relaxing facial treatment which has left my skin feeling hydrated and looking radiant. I can not recommend New Image enough.
I have had a number of treatments performed at New Image over the last few years including 3D Lipo, Facial Peel, Million Dollar Facial, Semi Permanent make up (Eyebrows) plus regular peddies and tints. They are my only go-to. The staff are super friendly and I know that they are only a chat away if I ever need any advice or support. 5*
Had my eyebrows done in 2015, was really nervous and asking for them to be a certain way, like you do when something so permenant is going on your face. Pam told me she won't do my eyebrows if I'm going to be so picky as it was putting her off.. I apologized and said I'll trust her. That was the biggest mistake, I had to hold in the tears until I got picked up by my mother and I sobbed ! They were not at all the same shape length or heights, I had to wear foundation on one and draw over it for a year. I didn't go back for any top ups .. fortunately I found an amazing technician who was horrified by what was there and has corrected them for me.
I have been a member of New Image for a while now and find it very friendly and relaxing for Toning. I have also used the Beauty Clinic and found the treatments to be very professional. Highly recommended in my book.
