Friendly, efficient and communicative. Not only was he able to diagnose my problem pretty much instantly, but he also gave me an up front quote and a clear time frame. Our staff had to deal with a very nasty call from this shop. Whatever is happening in your private life please consider other people as it's just not fair to accuse innocent new workers. I understand things are stressful at the moment but please be sure to do your homework when accusing our place. We have new management and know only that you have caused more problems by your own attitude. We will always protect our workers from this kind of game.

Upgrades to Windows 10 and a new faster and reliable hard Drive was carried out. All work completed in a quick and professional manner with good communication throughout. Firstly I would like to thank Lee for such an amazing experience. My Laptop had an issue with the hard drive which potentially could have meant losing many of my treasured memories, yes pictures which I just never got around to backing up. With my Nan with Alzheimer's and my Alaskan malamute passing away these were memories I was never getting back. Throughout each stage of my experience, I was very impressed with their care, dedication and knowledge. It really was an amazing experience and I would urge anyone to visit them yourselves and don't always believe what you see online as there are some individuals who have a bit of a chip on their shoulder for some reason. All in all I would recommend PC Zone to family and friends and would certainly be returning again. To some this was just data retrieval and yes my own mistake, but this was never put to me in that way and that only improved my experienced. I cannot thank you enough!
