I had my first appointment here yesterday during the covid restrictions. All the staff were compliant with the guidelines and very friendly. The doctor I saw was very kind and took the time to look at my history after I mentioned it. Thoroughly impressed compared to previous experience

Unable to log on to askmygp despite my best efforts and 1hour of going round in circles. Called the surgery and (after quite some time in there queuing system) My call was answered. I explained my dilemma and was told that there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t book a call with them and I should just keep trying askmygp. I queried this and was once again told “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do”. This cannot be right, I’m astounded. It’s not just poor service, it’s a complete lack of service!!
I am so thankful for the services I get from Penn Hill Surgery. They are always kind, supportive, and professional. Thanks to the entire Staff. Highly Recommended
Managed to make an appointment to see a doctor only to be to ignored, treated with no concern whatsoever and they completely disregarded previous medical history and anything I was telling them about myself, they were rude, cold and patronising.The outcome to the doctors appointment I had at Penn Hill was me coming out of that room and bursting into tears, it was one of the worst, most dehumanising experiences of my life. Feel very sorry for anyone who gets brushed off, treated so coldly and ignored because a doctor could not be bothered to do their job and give an ounce of care or respect! If you cannot be kind and respectful you are in the wrong bloody job.
Cant book online, ask my GP is down, start at caller number 9, work to caller no's 1. 30 mins later line goes dead. Shocking service.
