We made an order online through pizza huts website and was given the option for any hour for takeaway as it’s not busy at all with everything that’s going on... to my surprise there wasn’t barely anyone dinning in, only 3 couples. We arrived at the store for 5pm exactly for when we were supposed to pick up our pizzas. I was greeted by a lady who had no idea that we ordered and ask me to wait, then spoke to the chefs. She then explains that they forgot the order and was quite rude about it and simply said “Your gonna have to wait 15 mins, they forgot your order”... I then returned 15 minutes later and it was still late, 20 mins gone by and eventually greeted by what I guess was the manager, he was also rude. Then said there’s you pizza and left to the kitchen, I genuinely couldn’t believe the terrible customer service was in Yeovil. Never had such bad customer service from any other Pizza Hut. Also, the pizza is wasn’t cooked properly, I would suggest not going here. Go to Frankie and bennys next door, they might actually give better service...

Great place with vegetarian and vegan options for people like us. The staff is helpful and food preparation is quick! Really can't complain.

Barely acceptable food. Only just recognisable as fit for humans. It's basically the McDonald's of pizza. I gave it two stars because we were hungry and it met our immediate physical needs!

Didn't even stay to eat. Wouldn't let us order with the waiter... Even though he was standing beside the table and had a pen and pad in his apron and the rest of the restaurant was empty. Crazy. Said we had to order on the app - but we needed to make requests about changing an ingredient we were allergic to etc and we just couldn't be bothered to faff around on the app. What if we hadn't had a phone? He said he wasn't allowed to stand close enough to us to take our order.... Got the manager over who said the same.... And then leaned over our table to check we could use the app properly! I said he could have taken our order on his pad from further away than that in half the time. They've gone so OTT on the covid warnings etc so that eating out wasn't a pleasure. As soon as you arrive they stand away from you and tell you the rules you need to abide by etc..... You have to pick up your own menu and your own knife and fork and your own covid information sheet etc. Immediately took the joy out of the visit. Menu really small now and drinks not refillable anymore. Why? I wonder. Can a waiter not fill up a drink for us? What is a waiter for?! Ridiculous. We went to Zizi's instead and had a normal feeling nice meal out. Won't go back to pizza hut until they make dining out feel normal again.
