Telephone calls are answered promptly, in comparison to others that I contacted with my initial enquiry, and complete attention has been provided by the reception staff. My Case was transferred to the Yeovil office from the Sherborne Office My file didn't get sent to the Yeovil office for a Month after Sherborne Office had stopped working on it Took Months longer to complete than it should have I phoned up multiple times only to be told by Zara there was more important clients to deal with When I finally went into sign, staff were unprofessional and rude Almost a year later it's now come to light they were also negligent with their work, which is now costing me thousands in solicitors fees to put right and could have potentially cost me almost 90k and left a building plot undevelopable I am making a complaint against Porter Dodson but at the moment they are not taking any responsibility I have now sent them evidence of their negligence and am waiting for a response
