Tried to book a telephone appointment , was signed off by a receptionist without taking a word of what was said into account about anything..not the first time. Dr was great let down by idiots who cannot read. Unhelpful, rude and beyond incompetent.

I'm really impressed with Preston Grove Medical Centre. We moved to the area last November and after doing our research we decided on this practice. I've always managed to get an appointment on the same day for myself and my children. All the team, from the receptionists, to the nurses to the doctors are friendly and more than willing to help. When my little one was very poorly I rang at 5.30pm and a doctor was willing to see me that evening, brilliant. The online booking system is great too. I would definately recommend this practice.

Sent an email saying i had a painful rash and pain in my neck and around the rash, doctor rang me later to say i didn't need to see anyone. The next day the pain was worse so tried to send another email but told me my password was wrong clicked on forgotten password waited for the email only for one never to come through, by this time I'd had enough so rang 111 as my surgery was now closed, she made me an appointment at the hospital the same day when seen by the doctor i was told I have shingles but as i didn't come in straight away she can't give me anything to stop the virus from spreading only painkillers and to ride out the pain, also have to take 7 day's off work. I feel if a doctor had actually seen me like i requested it might not have gotten so bad. I didn't feel listened to at all very poor.
