Outstanding Customer service. Tucked away on the Lynx trading estate, this Specialized Bike shop offers exceptional customer service and great value for money. I first rang Tri UK and was disappointed by their response to my request to just look at a problem I had with my bike. Thank goodness, for next on my list was Road and Road. They were courteous, invited me to pop round, did a free quick fix and then set me up with an appointment for a proper repair and change of parts. Exceptional service. I have since been back several time, as have colleagues of mine. We all agree the customer service is outstanding and they do their best to keep prices down.
