Reception staff have always been helpful and very understanding. The doctors and nurses are fantastic. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have found that once you finally managed to get to see a doctor or nurse then the treatment you get is good. The problems reading through the many poor reviews seem to be mainly on the admin side. Prescriptions used to be about 3 days now its double that. I really do feel that many orgonisations the NHS included are using the current corona virus as an excuse. for long delays. Is there a shortage of staff and if so why.

I've found it to be among the best GP surgeries around. They've managed to recruit and retain doctors recently, which as of summer 2020 is quite an achievement in the South West outside of cities. The doctors seem good, the other medical staff treat you right and know what they're doing, and the administrative staff are efficient and polite. Ryalls Park fa's been so well run that it's one of the very few medical centres in this area that haven't had to be taken over by a external management group,

On average, you will spend 20 minutes waiting on the phone at any time of day before you can talk to someone, and often you will find there are no available spaces for you to see someone, and you will have to call back the next day. When you can get through to someone and book an appointment its great, but if you have a car and means to travel, I would go to a less busy surgery.

This is by far the best doctors in yeovil, after having been with boots and penmill surgery this establishment was the only one to actually help me with my mental health and listen to my issues. I've never had any issues with the doctors here apart from one time a nurse from a different place was there just for the day and she was rude but she wasn't a normal member of staff. Other than that this place is really good.
