Just a warning - these are simply the best sausages you will eat. Once you have tried them, anything else will seem second best. Properly meaty and well seasoned. Cook them in the oven for 25-30 minutes (depending how you like them) and then the fat and juices make an incredibly rich and tasty gravy. We also bought some pork chops - absolutely delicious. Supermarket alternatives may be cheaper, but the difference is worth every penny. Thanks, Sam.
