Wasted a 20 mile round trip to find Yeovil branch was shut all day Saturday, no good if you work all week and need in branch services. Checked hours and said it was open. Not impressed.
Website shows open Saturday but now closed why not update your website to reflect this ? Also says you can pay in cheques at the ATM also not true as just tried it !
Got a new card delivered to this branch in Yeovil. The branch thought it made sense not to attempt to notify me of its arrival and instead just destroyed it after a few days.
