This afternoon I have spoken with a customer service advisor who was so rude to me that I wish I had the managing directors contact number to make a complaint.The pressure washer I purchased is faulty and he said to me clearly it’s faulty go back to dealer I’m working from home and can’t help. His manner was condescending and abrupt, I appreciate we’re in difficult times and that stress levels are higher, however absolutely no need to have such a curt attitude, he certainly is not helping keep the wheels of the business turning with his rude manner! I register my purchase with Silverline for the guarantee, so much for customer care they’re not interested

Rubbish! Bought a sander, it packed up after light use, promised a replacement, never heard from them again! Won't be buying any silverline tools again!

I have been waiting for days for a torque wrench which I no longer need Poor delivery service has cost me more money than I saved buying this product.I only wanted to use it for about an hour. Amazon 'PRIME' should not be advertised if its cannot be fulfilled especially as its cheaper not on Prime. The non-Prime items were ordered from a lesser known company on Sunday and delivered Monday afternoon.
poor response just got one of there 850sds plus hammer drill it lasted a minute then stopped so rang company they just said go back to amazon. you would have thought they would put me on to there customer service. didnt seem interested. wont us this company again. poor
