Lemon Tree

Great knowledge and service. We use them for all locks for all of our properties and all hardware for Windows and doors and other beautiful architectural accoutrements! Displays are great too if you need inspiration. Safely open through Lockdown too. Well done and thanks for being open.

bought a piano hinge here. cheaper than B&Q and the like, offered me various options of quality, the whole thing was 2m long which was great the B&Q offerings were all little lengths which didn't cover the whole job I was looking for. very happy with the service. Many thanks

This company is rubbish.I would give zero stars if it were possible. I ordered, and paid for, a key three weeks ago. The wrong key was supplied. No apology, no refund, no replacement key. Totally incompetent. They deserve to go out of business. I wish I had just bribed the local Mister Minute to copy the key. It cost me 24.54 for a useless piece of metal. I needed a spare key for the exterior door to a private block of flats. The key is "protected" by a code which means that it can only be obtained from the official suppliers (Spillers). I urgently need an extra set of keys to this block of flats because my mother is dying. I cut the other three keys for 10 at Homebase! Even the knowledge that my mother is now receiving end of life care wasn't enough to get Andy Baker to react and fast track a replacement key after THEIR mistake. It's now three weeks and counting. Absolutely shameful.... Don't deal with this company!!!!!!
