As a family we had virtually no support from St Margarets Hospice Yeovil, following the referral and initial meeting, we put in a formal complaint which was dealt with by Governance Director. The letter of response concluded " Sincere apologies for not providing the level of treatment, care and support that we should have for ******** or your family"
