My boyfriend and I ordered a bed from here. Very good quality and reasonably priced. A receipt was written out for us with the specifications we desired and I was going to pop back in to pay a few days later. The man who served me, later on in the week, did not listen to what bed I wanted and wouldn't let me explain that a receipt had already been written with the order on it. Instead, he made me waste around 30mins of my time, re-ordering what I had already ordered. He made a mistake and I was rung later in the week to be told I had under paid. Not my fault, yet I was made to feel it was and was forced to travel from Devon to Yeovil. No apology just made to feel, it was my fault. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed in this place. I went with my sister to look at what they have and she saw something she was interested in that was reduced. It showed the initial price and then the reduced price. She wanted her husband to have a look at it so she went to the reception and said she was interested in the item and what time do they close the store. They said the time and my sister told them she's coming back. Not even 1h later, maybe 30 mins later they went back and the reduced price wasn't on the item anymore. Upon enquiring about it, they said it wasn't reduced and that's the price and that nobody would take the price of and unless she can prove then that's the price. My sister did have a picture of the price as she showed it to her husband. Well, they didn't like that but they did give the item to the reduced price. Why? Why do people do that? This is unacceptable and disgusting.

Stumbled upon this massive collection of used furniture. The range is massive and many items were lovely and clean looking. Well worth a visit if you are in need of anything.

We pop in when we have done our shopping or banking, there are lots of bargains , several items are new donated by retail companies for St Margrets hospice shops , you get a great item at a sensible price ,help a charity park outside in parking space and have an interesting experience in a large shop and find something you must have, and they deliver for a nominal sum

I love this shop. I bought a solid cherry wood hexagonal drinks cabinet, beautiful glass and brass table, and my favourite, an extra large early Portmeirion planter. The latter was so rare I had to email Portmeirion to find out more. It could be worth a lot of money but its all mine! Seen in the shop was a beautiful Royal Doulton china dinner set, very cheap. Unfortunately it would clash with my Portmeirion! I give away a lot to charity including furniture and they get all my things

Lots of very good quality furniture, over three floors of the old cinema!!! We'll worth a visit!! Delivery charge 15 for Yeovil. Beds, Mattresses and Bedroom furniture also sold. Sale on, but, only till the end of January, so hurry!!! Highly recommended!!

Very helpful staff, make you feel welcome . Nice selection of furniture and at good prices. Delivery guys were also very patient and hard working.
