Not long moved to the area and I love Starbucks . So closest one is Yeovil for me and both times I have been in now I have been served by Benny P. What a lovely guy! He seems so happy and chirpy and reminds me of going into a coffee shop abroad that you see on TV films etc !! Made my day. Xx

Review would have been five stars if the coffee was consistently good, which sadly is rarely the case in any Starbucks store, and certainly the case at this location. It seems that the pandemic has impacted the supply of some food products, which is at last covered with a notice at this location. However, if you have a dietary requirement such as ‘gluten free’ you can’t try other products, as suggested in the notice. This is not unique to Starbucks and really is a poor excuse for all stores where customers with dietary restrictions previously catered for have simply been dropped. This may have been reasonable a month or two ago, but surely should have been resolved by now. COVID-19 precautions during our visit on the 18th September 2020 were well thought out with a one way system in operation and good signage. Staff very friendly. This is in an easy to access location if you are passing through, as we were, with other useful stores and petrol nearby.
Was nice but didn't have the drink I wanted, so had a peach green tea instead and was lovely
So convenient to have this open at the moment for take away coffee. Plenty of free parking space and good service.
It is convenient - near Sports Direct dot com Britain's number 1(sic) a Boots, Argos etc - with lots of free parking and loooong opening hours. Not cosy, and slightly scruffy. Toilets fine. Tips - for- teens - walk into the town from here, or through the Country Park by the river: take the dog!
I love Starbucks but some staff like today need to make sure they give out clean cups, my cup was really dirty from coffee spillage or something which is disgusting. Staff that was in today not friendly at all
Great mixed nut cappuccino and vegan breakfast sandwich.
Very nice they were just shutting but let us quickly get a coffee to take out as was waiting for dog to come out of vets
